Task Bar (Window List) - Options on 64bit version are different than 32bit version

Bug Description

I have different installation of Lubuntu on different machines. I have noticed that Task Bar (Window List) Options on Lubuntu 11.10 64bit are different and not the same as Lubuntu 11.10 32bit. When you right click on LXPanel then select "Task Bar (Window List)" Settings, you can notice the difference between both versions. Please find the attached screenshots:

Needless to say both installations are up to date and I have noticed the same NOT only on my installations but also on the LiveCD of both versions.

Is this fix for 12.04 or both 11.10 and 12.04? because I'm typing this from Lubuntu 11.10 64-bit and nothing happened. Just updated and upgraded the system, nothing changed.
