request libyaml for Multiarch

Bug Description

i request libyaml to be multiarched.
and i would prefer if the dev and dbg packages could me multiarched two

debian would profit from this too, please file a bug in debian for this change, ubuntu will then receive it automatically:

giving a reason why you want it multiarched might help motivating the maintainer to do it.

This bug was fixed in the package libyaml - 0.1.4-2

libyaml (0.1.4-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Remove extra libyaml-0.so symlink from libyaml-dev.
  * Bump Debhelper compat level to 9.
  * Support multiarch. (Closes: #653748) (LP: #905630)
  * Use 3.0 (quilt) source format.
