Tab min width is too small

Bug Description
Tabs current min width is far too small. I can barely be assured to select the right tab without hitting the close button.
I would suggest using a min width of 64px

Daniel, I can't set the minimum width to a pixel size, only to a certain number of characters, like I said in bug #804926.
What do you suggest?
