Bug Description

Calling CompTimer::setTimes(0) causes compiz to get stuck in an infinite loop in CompTimeoutSource::callback. It also starves other timers, so they never wake up again. And of course your whole desktop hangs :P

I've only reproduced this bug while hacking. I haven't seen it happen in a release, yet.
