Bug Description
The new bug listing feature addresses bug 66841 by providing an option to show tags on the bug listing. This is great, but it would be better still if those tags could be linked, so that when I click on them, I see the search but restricted to bugs with that tag.

Sounds similar to how newegg.com and amazon.com allow narrowing down a search. That could significantly improve the value of tagging bugs.
I wonder if there would be value in the inverse functionality (clicking to mark tags to *exclude*)?
If this is done, might want to re-examine the Tags portlet, to include similar functionality into it?
