Please backport powertop-1.13 1.13-1ubuntu2 (universe) from precise to oneiric.
Reason for the backport:

It'd be nice to have. And I'm debugging requestbackport.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s precise -d oneiric powertop-1.13
