Bug Description

After update to 11.10 the following happens:
1. make screenshot - e.g. name it shot1
2. make another one - e.g. name it shot2
3. rename the second to shot1
4. a dialog opens asking: "An image named 'shot1.png' already exists. Do you want to replace it?"
5. the options are not clickable and the replacing-dialog not responding
6. to get rid of the dialog you first have to close the renaming-dialog

The same happens when shutter tries to overwrite a file, when exporting to a directory.
The --debug option gives no output during this phase.

The first bug is fixed (when renaming a file). Can you describe the
behaviour above a bit more detailed. I can't reproduce it.

example:
1. make screenshot - e.g. name it shot1
2. select export -> Places -> myfolder -> click "export" button
3. delete or rename shot1 (the version in shutter session)
4. make another screenshot - name it shot1 again
5. try to export shot1 to "myfolder" and you get the same error as described above
