Transportation arcs doesn't move correctly

Bug Description
To reproduce:
Draw two places p1 and p2.
Draw a transition
Draw a transportation arc from p1 via the transition to p2.
Now move place p2 - then p2 will move but the transportation arc won't.
After entering simulation mode the net will be corrected - also in the edit mode, until p2 is moved again.

Yes, I can see. This is something newly introduced problem, probably thanks to refactoring. It is not present in the
released 2.0.2 version. Kenneth, could you possibly take a look at this?
