Bug Description

Hi,

I moved my music collection to a new folder and updated the library paths in exaile accordingly.

After re-scanning the collection I now have a large number of duplicate entries in the collection. One for the new path and one for the old one (this is showed in the properties dialogue of the playlist items).

The old entries should obviously be removed when re-scanning since they're
 1) not in the collection path anymore
 2) the files don't even exist anymore as the folder has been moved.

Thanks,
David

I had similar experiences:
I had symlink to a dir, so naturally the songs were included twice.
Removed symlink, rescanned collection -> I still had double entries in exaile, just that half of the files were not playable (missing).
Rescan collection did not help.

Close exaile, logout, restart autofs (collection in NAS), start exaile, rescan -> now the extra files were gone from the library.

Can you try this using the bzr trunk version of exaile? I believe it may be fixed now.
