K-Core filter UI doesn't show the good value at initialization

Bug Description
Way to reproduce:
1) Open a sample graph and create a K-Core filter and another filter (ex: Degree range)
2) Click on the K-Core filter and change the value
3) Click on the other filter, the panel is changed.
4) Click back on the K-Core filter.
The value is back to 1 instead of the previous value
