onboard with no top bar is hard to drag

Bug Description
the proposed version of onboard has just a keyboard with no window controls or top bar. It can be resized easily and you can move it about by resizing it, but it does not appear to be possible to drag the window without holding alt on a hardware keyboard (and use of a soft keyboard should not really be dependent on a hard keyboard)

actually forget that, I failed to see the huge new drag icon on the right just below the hide button.
