Bug Description
<email address hidden> (and <email address hidden>) is currently an alias for a few people who used to be in the Launchpad Translations team. Since the re-org, this doesn't make much sense anymore.
We should:
1. Make <email address hidden> forward to <email address hidden> or kill it completely (https:/
2. Make all LP email coming out as from <email address hidden> as coming from <email address hidden> (mainly translation downloads)
3. Change contact address for https:/
