Bug Description
In the Updates tab, the combo boxes for controlling update frequency will all show the wrong value if you change their values and cancel or fail out of the authentication dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Software Sources as an administrator (not as root).
2. In the Updates tab, change the value of any one of the four combo boxes for controlling the frequency of checking for updates.
3. Cancel the authentication prompt or enter the wrong password multiple times.
4. Note that the value reflected in the combo box is incorrect; it is still the value you selected, even though it was never set.

"After canceling the authentication dialog you will not get an error dialog, but the comboboxes on the Updates tab will not revert to the original (saved) values, thus you will see wrong values."
