Bug Description

==== SRU Testing ====

- Enable IBus input method
- Installed unity 4.24.0 from oneiric-proposed (when it's available)
- Restart your session (logout/login)
- Open Dash by clicking on the Ubuntu icon in the launcher, make sure search entry is focused
- Type <Ctrl> + <Space> to switch to pinyin input method
- Type something in to show the selection window
- Press <Up> or <Down> keys and make sure that they are being forwarded to the selection window (if necessary), instead of moving focus off the dash search entry.

When ibus is active, pressing up/down should go to the input method in case it needs to forward that onto a selection.

The proposed works as expected.
I followed the steps in the testcase description and I was able to use the up-down arrows in the ibus selection window, i.e. the focus remained in the ibus selection window.
