Bug Description

As seen in OOPS-2107AP52, Product:+series blows up with a KeyError: 13 or 14 when there are targeted tasks with the new INCOMPLETE_WITH_RESPONSE or INCOMPLETE_WITHOUT_RESPONSE statuses. getStatusCountsForProductSeries could be fixed to map to INCOMPLETE, perhaps.

Sounds like a query bypassing the storm enum mapping, which knows how
to do this automatically.

The two new statuses exist in BugTaskStatusSearch, but not BugTaskStatus itself. I believe DB access code is meant to map them to/from INCOMPLETE.
