Bug Description

I recently debugged why the current Chinese images are oversized [1]: Their squashfs carries /var/lib/apt/lists/*_Packages, which gives an additional 21 MB compressed bloat as they are currently built with universe enabled. ubuntu-defaults-image already removes all *_Packages lists, but live-build adds them back, so we cannot easily work around this in ubuntu-defaults-builder.

Also, the extra dependencies to universe packages were dropped recently, so ubuntu-defaults-zh-cn now only depends on main packages.

The package itself just has a couple of configuration bits and is quite harmless. Can we please have this in main for oneiric, to fix the oversized CDs?

Now that all universe packages dependencies are remove and the rationale seems fine (but what about other loco team tweak? we will get those files for our respin).

Anyway, all seems good, approved and promoting (even if I will never ever know about what happened at this point. "At this point, the…" keeping myself in a horrible doubt forever :-)
