Bug Description

Software Center version 4.1.23.6, Ubuntu Oneiric

davmor2 reports that the ability to edit or delete your own review is no longer available. This is a regression.

To reproduce:
Open Software Center, navigate to an application and write a review.

What happens:
After you have submitted your review and it appears in the reviews area on the details page, an "Inappropriate?" link is displayed in the bottom right corner of your review area.

What should happen:
After you have submitted your review and it appears in the reviews area on the details page, there should be two links displayed at the bottom right corner of the review area, "Edit" and "Delete". Clicking either should allow you to take the corresponding action.
