don't auto launch on serial consoles

Bug Description

Byobu works on serial consoles, but it's very display-intensive. There's artifacts and screen refreshes, and it's just a little janky.

Byobu should not automatically launch when it detects the tty is /dev/ttyS*. But users should still be able to run it manually, if they want.
