Bug Description
Unity crashes when initiating keyboard navigation mode while the mouse is over the launcher bar (hide mode "Never") . Backtrace attached.
TEST CASE:
1. Move your mouse over the launcher bar.
2. Press Alt+F1 to initiate keyboard navigation mode.
RESULT:
* Unity/Compiz crashes.
Unity r1610, Nux r481.
