Keystone fails to locate any configuration file.

I am trying to install keystone from Oneiric repository. After installing keystone when i type :-

#keystone --version
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/paste/deploy/loadwsgi.py:8: UserWarning: Module paste was already imported from None, but /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages is being added to sys.path

As per documentation http://wiki.openstack.org/OpenStackDashboard
