Bug Description
The welcome screen should warn the user that all applications might be closed before starting the testing, as some tests might cause the system to freeze, suspend or reboot and data might be lost.
This is very critical, as many users will start using this application in Oneiric for the UF programme
String Freeze Exception:
This warning message is very important. People are going to use checkbox in Oneiric thanks to the Ubuntu Friendly programme. People could lose data, if they don't save their stuff before starting testing

I linked a branch that adds this warning string, I did it in a way that doesn't change the existing "welcome" message, but concatenates a new string on it. This way, we're not actually "changing" an existing string, but "adding" a new one, which could make it easier for translators to manage the change.
Let me know if the phrasing of the warning could be improved (I'm sure it could), and how to handle merging this if a UI freeze exception is approved.
I won't propose merging into trunk until it's clear how to handle all this.
