Bug Description
The tooltips in Gwibbers toolbar appear untranslated, and the strings in the Attachments and Searches views. These are simply not marked for translation, I'll propose a branch for these soon.
Furthermore, the times of the postings (X minutes/hours/days ago) also appear untranslated, those are from libgwibber/

The "untranslated posting times" part of this problem is fixed in the branch proposed at bug #863039, fits there too.
