Bug Description

During installation, if we decide to manage DNS/DHCP, we need to specify the network range that's going to be used for DHCP. We currently specify default gateway and domain but we still manually edit the config file to set the network range to serve to the clients.

    - debian/ubuntu-orchestra-provisioning-server.postinst: Handle the
      change in the configuration.
