Bug Description
Currently it shows all UDFs the account has, and it's shown before cloud-to-computer.
Proposed behaviour:
* Turn the "sync now or later" page into an empty placeholder that gets the folder list from syncdaemon
* If the user has UDFs/Shares, move to cloud-to-computer. Else, computer-to-cloud.
* In computer-to-cloud, filter by the subscribed attribute, to show only suggested + synced UDFs
