Bug Description

When the Dash is re-opened and statefully displaying a previous query, it should be possible to add to the query by pressing the 'right arrow cursor key'.

To reproduce:
1. Open the Dash, navigate to the App Lens, and type "a"
2. Close the Dash
3. Open the Dash, navigate to the App Lens
4. Notice that the previous query "a" is now selected
5. Press the 'right arrow cursor key'

What currently incorrectly happens:
- nothing!

What should happen:
- Pressing the 'right arrow cursor key' should remove the selection and move the cursor to the right side of the last character in the search query.
