Bug Description
The storage device monitoring is broken for NetworkManager >= 0.9 since the latest version of NM broke API. The result is that the 'net' storage id will always be marked as unavailable.

Merge lp:~kamstrup/zeitgeist/network-manager-state-fix. Fixes it so we support both <0.9 and >= 0.9 versions of the NetworkManager API
