When a *non-maximized* window is minimized to the launcher and then raised from the launcher, the app shows up but the title bar cannot be grabbed, click on the title bar gives focus to the app behind.
The window itself is working i.e. we can type in it click on any controls in the window, just the window decorator fails as the invisible border does not work as well.
