Top bar - mouse hover insensitivity when passing by the far left edge

Bug Description
While mousing over to the top bar starting from the far left edge of the screen, with a maximized window, the top bar doesn't react.
There might also be other issues with the top edge, please test thoroughly all cursor interactions in this area
