Bug Description
On the Create account dialog of the Ubuntu SSO Client there's a checkbox that says "I agree with the %(app_name)s terms and conditions". This checkbox is checked by default.
It shouldn't be checked, because the agreement is something the user has to do voluntarily.
To Reproduce:
Open the Ubuntu One Control Panel.
(If you have a session started, go to the tab "Devices" and click the "Remove" button for the current device)
Click the button "Join now"
(see screenshot)
