Bug Description

This is a bug for tracking qa.

Using LP_DEBUG_SQL_EXTRA on qastaging requires LOSAs restart the instance, and gathers information from others who are using the instance at the same time.

QA notes: https://qastaging.launchpad.net/++profile++sqltrace/lazr.restfulclient/+admin is working but other urls like https://qastaging.launchpad.net/++profile++sqltrace/lazr.restfulclient gives an Apache connection error. I'm not sure what's going on, but it shouldn't stop any deployments.
