Clamav microversion update for 0.97 -> 0.97.2

Tested clamav 0.97.2 package from -proposed on Natty.

For the most part everything works just fine, except bug #829089 which is not a show-stopper but could be fixed before this SRU.

Also backported it to Hardy and using it on my own server for the last 2-3 days, no problems found so far.

Finally filed bug #829649 for qpsmtpd because it's clamav-related. This comment is just a clarification that that bug was already present when clamav 0.96 got backported/SRU'd, so it shouldn't affect this SRU.

Added patches to bug #829089 and #752833 which should be fixed in Oneiric before the SRU/backporting (IMHO).
Not sure about these two: bug #829945 and bug #829944.

Updated package for 829089 and 752833 uploaded and waiting for approval. 829945 and 829944 are not a regression. We ought to fix those, but I don't think this update needs to wait for those.

Tested the package on Oneiric and Natty (from -proposed) it installs and seems to work corretly.
I didn't do exhaustive tests with other apps, only mimedefang (for checking bug #829089), but there were no major changes to the package, only apparmor stuff.
