LAST PACKAGE TESTED: 13.0.782.107~r94237 (lucid version)
TEST CASE:
1. Go to site with Java
2. Click "Always run on this site"
3. Open a new tab and go to another page
4. Close the first tab
5. Click to open a new tab and click on the page that's offered that you just closed
