scrolling down in a lens brings it back to the top automatically

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open applications place
2. click on the "Installed" expander so that we have a scrollbar visible.
3. scroll with the mouse scroller or drag the scrollbar down
WHAT HAPPENS:
the scrollbar automatically goes up as soon as you scroll it down
WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
It should not scroll up automatically causing alot of annoyance.

This is specific to the gwibber lens, I reproduced it with the other default lenses as well. It only happens when there is text in the entry.
