Targets must be listed as:
* display name (launchpad-id)
* summary for projects and distros, and provided binary packages for DSPs.
* Maintainer: display name (launchpad-id) of who controls the target (this might be probelmatic because the entry details are escaped)
* Link to view details
* Link to select the target.
