Bug Description
There appears to be no way to tell Pithos to reload the station list from Pandora. I.e., if I add a new station on Pandora, there appears to be no way to get it to show up in Pithos.

Added this branch which adds a menu item to refresh stations. It'd be nice to have a button in the stations dialog too, but that's over my head right now.
