sugarcrm needs update of app-install-data-commercial and a synaptic fix

This is somewhat urgent because sugarcrm send a press release out already that the software is available in ubuntu :)

The procedure for app-install-data-commercial SRUs is somewhat simplified and can be seen here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates

Can you please attach a debdiff of your changes, as required by the SRU procedure?

Although this seems to work nominally in Dapper, I have some concerns.

The .desktop file describes SugarCRM as a CRM. Please change this to Customer Relationship Management software, if it fits in the description.

The .eula file is poorly capitalized. Please capitalize Ubuntu and the title.

gnome-app-install doesn't seem to be able to handle sugarcrm's package. It reports the error: "Could not apply changes! Fix broken packages first."

As such, I am rejecting this particular package until you can address these issues.
