Bug Description
Binary package hint: dvdrip
Install dvdrip and rip a dvd to a ogg container, then it fails if the ogmtools aren't installed. They are not yet set as a dependency of the dvdrip package.
dvdrip version: 0.98.1
package: 1:0.98.1-0.1ubuntu1

I get the same - installing ogmtools package solved the problem.
