Bug Description

When I open any Lens, everything that lies below its grey transparent overlay flickers... Flickering is more intense when there are many objects rendering below it. (see video below...)

This happened to Natty. Also happens to every Daily Built of Oneiric I have tested to date. It only happens to my new laptop, XPS L502S with Intel i7-2630QM (integrated graphics, I don't use my NVidia Card...).

The video is not exactly showing the problem (it is quit more intense in reality). The most visible flickering happens right below the search field of the Lens...

(I thought it was my Intel graphics drivers to blame in Natty, but the update of Mesa drivers in Oneiric doesn't seem to fix the problem...)

The flickering problems seem to be resolved, for me anyway, in the latest Oneiric Beta 1.

So this no longer seems to be an issue.
