1) Can you post the link to the page with the webcast you cannot play?

2) If you have any extensions enables, can you try to disable them and see if this solves the problem?

I've managed to get to the stage where the supposed window link will stay open and have enclosed a screenshot.
Address text or link is http://events.digitalmedia.telus.com/doncoxe/063011/frameset.php.
As it's password protected site you may have trouble getting in. It comes from the second screenshot page.Thanks

Yes, I can't reproduce it. Is this the only page where you have trouble? Have you tried to browse it with another browser?

Yess this is the only page that will not play. I've got lots of plugins and recently disabled them all. Every page will play except this one

Yes this will play in firefox after somedelay.
I realize the obvious is to "PLAY IT IN FIREFOX then" any hints about .php and how to deal with it; perhaps this the page writers problem.
I've got a tool which gives much of the code on these pages if that might help.

So as it seems a problem of a particular page I doubt that the Ubuntu developers can do much about it. Thanks for reporting this problem and feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.
