Bug Description

In reviewing the source package in NEW, I found that:
1. the Apache 1.1 license is not included in the debian/copyright file
2. the patches in debian/patches do not have DEP-3 comments

Also, thank you for your clear explanation of why you are not using a watch file in README.source.

This bug is fixed in the packaging branch at lp:~awstools-dev/ubuntu/oneiric/rdscli/oneiric .
I don't the changes are necessarily worth a new upload. Whenever something else justifies an upload this bug will be fixed.
