"Installed Software" lists all available packages

Hi Michael,

Are you running this from -proposed? I ran from trunk and don't get such a problem (branch code and run './software-center' from the root of the source tree.

Of course I should have said that I only see installed software when doing this.

I haven't tested trunk but am in oneiric, running the recently-released 4.1.6.

It's reproducible on a fresh installation as well as on an up to date oneiric system. Setting to triage/medium and targeting to Oneiric.

I also noticed when selecting one of this "not installed" package and clicking on "More info" s-c displays a 'Not found' page.

On a side note, I filed bug 800613 against Unity which also displays some of the applications as available for installation but are not. So that's probably something to do with the indexer.

This bug was fixed in the package software-center - 4.1.11
