Bug Description

When JOGL is installed in JRE/JDK extensions, for instance in "/Library/Java/Extensions/jogl.jar" in Mac OS X, it conflicts with the version loaded by the JOGL lib wrapper.

The only workaround is to delete the library

A solution has been found: http://eppleton.de/blog/?p=195

We must use that in the JOGL module:
OpenIDE-Module-Hide-Classpath-Packages: javax.media.opengl.**, com.sun.opengl.**, com.sun.gluegen.runtime.**,

I just reset back to a fresh install of OS X Lion, and came upon this Gephi error.

To fix:
Make sure /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/CurrentJDK is symbolically linked to the custom/downloaded JDK (/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0_30-b12-409.jdk/Contents for me)
Open Java Preferences in Applications/Utilities, and pull 32-bit Java in front of 64-bit Java.

Voila!
