Bug Description
I just noticed that the current version of JHV does not open 3-component (RGB) JPEG 2000 files any more, e.g. this one

The console message I get is [J2KRender] WARN root - J2KRender: Params out of sync, skip frame
It would be great if this functionality could be restored - many of our astronomy demo images are RGB composites. Thanks!
