Please include sound-theme-freedesktop package in the main pocket. This package is a dependency of kdebase-runtime because Canberra Sound Theme Specification requires this package to be available as a general fallback (like hicolor for icons). This is actually a missing dependency for libcanberra. Once the dep is added there, we'll drop the direct depends in kdebase-runtime.
It is a sound theme so security issues most likely out of question.

The package is well made and maintained in Debian so there should not be any problems with it.
