Ekiga depends on yelp

Bug Description

Ekiga depends on yelp. Although this is likely to be because its help menu uses Yelp, no other Gnome programs do this. So either yelp should be added as a dependency for all other Gnome programs which use it, or it should be removed as a dependency of Ekiga.

The Debian upstream changelog has this information about yelp dependency:

 ekiga (2.0.1-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Add yelp to Depends to make sure we can display the help even in non-GNOME environments.

Thanks for this Pascal. I have to say that personally I think that yelp should be Recommends, because the help is not a vital part of using the application.

However, if Depends is the right way forward, it should be the same for all desktop applications which ship xml help (which is all Gnome applications, and probably more).

Assigning to Daniel as he mentioned once that he would fix this one.
