install_tests.sh ignores the series file

Bug Description
Current behaviour: ,/install_tests.sh always install all files from mysql-test/
Expected behavior: ./install_tests.sh should install tests just for patches listed in "series" file.
For every "name.patch" patch we have directory "mysql-
This script help to maintain patches, merge between different versions, backport patches with tests and so one.
