CPU Monitor Docklet doesn't launch System Monitor in KDE

Bug Description

The CPU monitor docklet is hard coded to use gnome-system-monitor when clicked, which doesn't exist on KDE. Expected behavior would be for Docky to launch KDE's own System Monitor, or allow the user to input their own command to run it.
