Bug Description

The iso-codes package has been updated in Debian, it's only a list of
languages/countries/currencies and their translations so it does not have any
API change or things that could break the system. In the other side, it fixes
some errors I detected when using that package with Launchpad (errors that I
notify at warthogs mailing list some weeks ago) and also adds more translations
(used from Debian Installer).

Could we sync with Debian release?

Nothing in Warty depends or build-depends on it, so this is fine with me.

Sync of iso-codes 0.40-1 approved, reassigning to James
