vmbuilder 0.12 ppas still try to use non-main components

Bug Description

When adding a ppa to the command line of a vmbuilder 0.12 command, you get errors due to the template still trying to access the components other than 'main'.

There is a fix for this in the 0.11 branch used for automated building.

vmbuilder kvm ubuntu --suite=natty --mirror=http://localhost:3142/us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu --components=main,universe --ppa=appcr/ppa --addpkg user-cr
