bzr crashed with NoOptionError in get(): No option 'consumer_key' in section: '1'

Binary package hint: bzr

As far as I can understand, bazaar requires some consumer key to be set if I want to file a merge request from command line.
Probably it should be stated more clearly than by plain stacktrace (if this feature is really available only to customers) or fixed somehow.
